Encouragement
As much as I love homeschooling, it has not been easy. The sacrifice of time and the necessity to forge our way have had its toll at times. I’ve almost quit once or twice. (Ok, maybe it’s been a few more!) You know what has kept me going? The encouragement of other homeschoolers. Friends who are in the trenches with me and those who are ahead of me cheering me on. We can all use encouragement from time to time. It keeps us all going. I hope you can find that here.

Who is teaching our kids?
More than ever before, we must equip our children for a world that is increasingly hostile to Christians. Thankfully, there has never been a time in history when it has been easier to homeschool than today! Homeschooling allows us to give our kids an education that aligns with our values and our faith!
Simple Ideas
Does your homeschool seem…ordinary? No tricks, nothing special, just you and the kids making a little more progress every day. Should you be doing more? Is this simple day-to-day enough? There’s always the dazzle of uncharted horizons… the latest curriculum fad, more field trips, classes your kids would like to take. While there’s no harm in adding a little pizzaz to your days, I would like to encourage you that you can have a simple homeschool and it can be very good.
